[19 Jul 2007|02:55pm] [ mood | nostalgic ] It seems that whenever you are happy you never need to write in journals. Only when things are bad do you usually have something profound to say. Well, this may not be profound by any means, but something today has moved me to put something down in writing. I spent the past couple hours reading Max's livejournal from the time we first met to now. It brought back so many memories, good and bad but mostly good. I feel like I just read them for the first time. He is an incredible person and he has had my heart from the moment we first spoke. We went to Maggiano's last night and somehow the topic came up with our waitress that we were newlyweds and she said something to the degree of, "Yeah, the first year is really hard but after that it's much easier." (Coming from someone who is not married by the way.) Well we were thinking, what is she talking about, what could be so hard? Well, it looks like we will fly by the one year mark with great ease and no major disagreements. I have said it before and I will say it again. We are a great thing. Nothing or no one can easily disrupt our happiness. He is everything to me and I am so thankful. All my love, darling 4 comments|post comment

[09 Dec 2006|02:49am] I have only one week now. The panic mode has yet to kick in, it may not kick in until the day of, but I am feeling pretty good. Today was my last day of work until after we come back from England. So I will be spending this weekend and next week moving all of my things to our home.
